Methi or fenugreek seeds are small, solid, cuboid-shaped, dirty yellow coloured, fragrant, strongly flavoured seeds of the fenugreek plant. They are wealthy in copper, dietary fibre and iron. They include vitamin C and minerals such as potassium, phosphorous, calcium, magnesium and sodium in plenty.

Saunf is a cooling and sweet-smelling herb that is used in different cooking preparations as well. It has an aromatic smell and flavour. It is a greenish-brown, small oval seed from a plant in the parsley family

Dhania Green seeds are oval in shape, ridged, and turn from dazzling green to beige when ripen. This spice tastes sugary and tasty, with a slightly citrus taste. It has been reported to contain several pharmacological effects such as antifertility, antihyperlipidemic, antihyperglycemic, an antioxidant, hypotensive, antiproliferative and digestive stimulant.

Saunf is the dried seeds of Fennel plant. It is very familiar with cookery and remedial uses due to its sweet-smelling and medicinal properties. These are pale greenish in colour and have a faintly sweet and energising flavour. It is more than just a normal mouth freshener.
